1. Booking & Payment

A session is confirmed once booked and payment (or deposit) is received. Remaining balances are due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed.

All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled with notice.

​

2. Rescheduling

​

Life happens.

​

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited payment.

​

3. Image Delivery

​

Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery.

Typical turnaround:

• Headshots: 3–5 business days

• Events: 5–10 business days

Rush delivery may be available upon request.

4. Editing & Retouching

​

All delivered images are professionally edited in Mortimer Studios’ style.

Additional retouching (skin, object removal, etc.) is available upon request and may include an additional fee.

5. Usage & Licensing

​

Mortimer Studios retains copyright to all images.

​

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use images for personal and business use, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.

​

Images may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial resale without written permission.

​

6. Photographer Usage

​

Mortimer Studios may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

​

If you prefer your images not be used publicly, please request this in writing prior to your session.

​

7. Confidentiality 

​

Full privacy and non-use of images can be requested for an additional fee.

​

8. Event Coverage

​

Event coverage is based on time booked. Specific shots or moments are not guaranteed but will be captured to the best of ability.

9. Liability

​

Mortimer Studios is not responsible for circumstances beyond control, including weather, location restrictions, or unforeseen interruptions.

​

In the unlikely event of equipment failure or data loss, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

​

10. Agreement

​

By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

 

11. Real Estate Photography

​

Images are licensed for use in marketing and promotion of the property listing.
Re-use of images for future listings or by third parties is not permitted without written permission.

​

12. Sports Photography

​

Images may be used for personal use, team promotion, and social media.
Commercial use (brands, sponsors, resale) requires additional licensing.
